Fellow Spartans,
By now you should have received two separate mailings regarding this year's homecoming weekend. We will have our traditional Friday night Banquet at the Kellogg Center. Because we are opening our Friday night dinner to the general public as a fundraiser, we sent you a separate invitation for this event, and you need to register separately for the Friday night dinner through the Spartan Fund.The cost for the dinner remains $40 per person. This year we will honor the 1965-66 national championship team. Our tailgate party will start on Saturday threehours prior to the game. This is a reminder that you need to register separately for these events!

The homecoming game this year is against Wisconsin on October 22 at 8:00 pm, and it will be a sell-out. Each player, manager or coach will receive two tickets to the game. However, in order to qualify for tickets, you must attend the Friday dinner or Saturday tailgate, and pay the $20 administrative fee. Our tickets are limited and going fast so be sure to register now so you won't be disappointed...first come, first serve on the tickets. Remember: "Sign up now"! To reiterate; this year there is a change in how you will submit your RSVP's for the reunion activities. You can register for Friday's dinner by mail using theform that was sent to you, or register on line at: http://www.msuspartans.com/spartanfund under "Spartan Fund Event Registration". If you need help registering for the Friday night dinner please call Lisa Wilton at 517-355-7701.

Pam at the Football Office is handling the reservations for the tailgate and the request for game tickets. We will have a Traditions book signing from 2:30-4:30on Saturday before the tailgate, with book proceeds also going to the George Webster Scholarship Fund. Remember, you must attend either the Friday night dinner, or the tailgate and pay a $20 processing fee to get two free tickets to the game. We look forward to seeing you for homecoming weekend.

This information is in regards to the the other part of the reunion weekend. On Friday afternoon there will be a reception held at the Cowles House and Friday night there will be a banquet that was already breifly mentioned on July 20th. MSUFPA members need to register seperately for the Friday events, which aren't covered by the Registration Form already posted on 9/8/2011.
